An 'off' day is not a day off; it's a day where I feel 'off'! I'm having too many of these of late and am struggling with motivation. This is historical of me though, I go through phases of all out hard training, then big girls' blouse phases. Definitely in a BGB phase now!
Trained back and bis last night but the whole workout was a bit hickeltypicklety so not worth recording.
I'm supposed to be the man motivating people, but my TROG ain't exactly inspiring of late, is it?!!
Sounds like you need a week off, i take a week off (active recovery)every 5 or 8 week cycle find by the 5th or 6th day off im itching to get back and smash some pb's
I'm not really training, consistently at the mo to call for a week off. Indeed, even when I'm training at full steam I get most of my workouts in, but even then they're irregular due to work/family demands.
As the saying goes: Do what I say, not as I do!!
