No, this title does not refer to my Y-front-wearing during a workout! But, it does refer to my seemingly inability to motivate myself for a decent workout. Still, Sunday morning I'm training with Daz Ball, so maybe that'll gee me up.
Last night was chest:
-Attempted bench press, but injuries meant I had to stop this
-Seated press - 4 sets girly weight
-Machine flyes - 4 good sets [:)]
-Incline machine press - 4 good sets
-Cable cross-overs x4

Yeah i think im doing ok? had an injury on my shoulder but im ok now, Mickys back so i'l be seeing him next week! sent a few job applications out but no luck so far... probably will be difficult this side of xmas, hopefully 2010 will bring better things and luck... thanks for asking mate
