Been a little slack on updating my trog, busy at work and training.

Monday - Squat, Bench, BB Rows
Tuesday AM - Cardio on empty stomach, 40 mins treadmill
Tuesday PM - Olympic Lifting
Wednesday - Platform Deadlift, Rack Pulls, Shoulder Press
Thursday - Unfuelled cardio, 35 mins treadmill

Trying to improve my conditioning. Have cleaned my diet up alot and increase cardio. Dropped 4lbs, most in water I imagine, but looking leaner and no strength loses.
