hi, i am swapping from rugby to american football which is great becuase i have to do less aerobic and anearobic conditioning, i can work on getting more explosive. i am 28 and currently totals are 155kg bench press, 235kg squat and 250kg dead.

Short Term Goals

want to work on explosion
1) see what my forty is and improve it by 0.05sec
2) 2 inches on my box jump
3) get to a 245 squat

Long Term Goals

get bf to 12-14% not too bothered about being ripped but would be nice to bring this down.
