Bio

Currently 109kg. Ran the NYC Marathon in November but was ill so doing another one in May.

Would like to lose some bodyfat whilst regaining some of the strength that I lost during my marathon training.

Short Term Goals

- Lose 9kg
- Bench Press 100kg
- Front Squat 100kg x 5
- Deadlift 140kg x 5

Long Term Goals

- Run the Edinburgh marathon in May in under 4hours
- Be able to do 10 chin ups
- Look good naked!!
