Just back after my kne op, lots of cable work due to the knee, v-bar pulldowns, wide grip p ulldowns, seated single arm rows, d/bell pullovers, followed by seated alternate d/bell curls ans concentration curls not one for really counting sets so...

Pecs and tri,s+ abs

Pecs with no pressing movements due to delts/pec injury machine flyes, pec deck, super-set cables then tri,s rope pushdowns, french press, Single arm d/bell extension, then hanging leg raise 4 sets 15,15,10,10, and 8 sets of cable crunches to finish!!

Trained quads to-day lots of single leg extension trying to bring up my vastus medialis followed by two legged extensions, Squats off an old but good machine in the gym gives my legs more stability and also done hack squats then walking d/bell lunges...

Trained Quads to-day, building the weight back up after several nee problems. Leg Press followed by front squats, ten reverse front squats to target the vastus medialis. Finished off with standing calve raise and then toe raise off leg press, good...

mon 30th cardio/chest

Back doing morning cardio managed to wreck both my heals due to dodgy trainers having a mare on the injury side of things!! Back with my training partner Nav had a good solid chest session flat bench on smith managed to top out at 135kg for 7 reps...
