Back doing morning cardio managed to wreck both my heals due to dodgy trainers having a mare on the injury side of things!! Back with my training partner Nav had a good solid chest session flat bench on smithmanaged to top out at 135kg for 7 reps after pyramiding a p.b on that!!, then done incline followed by flyes and finished off with incline fst-7- chest was fried!!Good to be back;-0
good work out mate.. many more to come hopefully... just stop injuring yourself. lol
