Bio

Presently i'm a self-employed engineer and doorman, I train at Golds or Flexability both based in Bedford, trainig is first thing AM then carry out my days work before relaxing with the family or going to work on the door.

Short Term Goals

Build up on good quality dense muscle mass over the next 8-10 months before dieting starts...

Long Term Goals

Try to keep my long term goals within reach then as I progress just aim at a new goal. Present goal is to appear at the 2010 Brit and be competitive at my weight.
