How are you finding this style of training, Sam?
First of all it was hard putting all my effort into one exercise per BP, but have got used to it and settled into it.
Other then that progressing well, however i did switch to DC during a blast of training so i'm about to cruise for 2-3 weeks before hitting it again so next blast will see the best gains and progression.
Currently feel that this method will reap so good gains, only time will tell :-)
