calf raise on hack machine 150kg 2r/p

widowmaker seated calf raise 115kg 20-25reps

seated ham curl 60kg 2r/p

widowmaker seated ham curl 35kg 20-25reps

front squat 80kg 15reps 100kg 10reps

widowmaker 135kg 20-24reps

First of all it was hard putting all my effort into one exercise per BP, but have got used to it and settled into it.

Other then that progressing well, however i did switch to DC during a blast of training so i'm about to cruise for 2-3 weeks before hitting it again so next blast will see the best gains and progression.

Currently feel that this method will reap so good gains, only time will tell :-)
