Friday was biceps and back it went like

Singe arm hammer curls on back rest of incline bench 16kg 2r/p

Reverse grip s/a curls 8kg

Machine curl (WM) 53kg

Pulldowns: 55kg 2r/p

Wide grip pulldowns (WM) 40kg

Deadlift 80kg-90kg

As of this week i am cruseing so only lifting to failure no r/p's or widow makers next week i may take totally off depending on how i feel, i have also drop legs this week as the past 2 weeks have seen real tightness in hams and calfs so resting legs.

Monday chest-shoulders-triceps

Smith machine press 110kg

Seated shoulder press (no back support) 20kg

JM press 60kg

Havent DB shoulder pressed in nearly 2 years due to RC injury which over time has lead to a shoulder imbalance all shoulder work has pretty much been lat raises so i'm training in a manner to help the imbalance and working back into being able to press correctly.
