Last week was 1st cruise week reduced training to 3 days rather then 4 lifting max weight to failure but no rest/pause or widowmakers, this coming week will be total rest before starting blast again the following week.
Diet had still been as James set out, have moved my breakfast time and training time to give a bigger gap between them and this has allowed my amount of foob at breakfast to increase its now at the amounts James intended.
Weight is a constant 212lb now which will get push up on next blast.
Training wise i'm switching from the three way split
MON TUES THURS FRI
day one= Biceps forearms backwidth backthickness
day two= chest shoulders tris
day three= calves hams quads
To the more common DC two way split
MON WEN FRI
day one=Chest should tri, backwidth backthickness
day two=bis forearms calves hams quads
Exercises are staying the same
This will set in better with my doorwork nights and allow better recovery, workouts will be slighty longer but do not see that being too big an issue, i will carry on with my Pre/During/PWO drink which will help through this longer WO's.
Thats it for now will update next week if i feel there is some addtion to add but as its a rest week if not expect next full updates as I start my new blast.

Progressing still?
Well this week has been just pure rest with a few DT massages but looking forward to hitting the blast again next week..
The week before was again a cruise so wasn't pushing myself but like i said as of next week i'm looking to see so good improvements in my lifts over the following few weeks.
Diet has been maintained but think as i move into the blast i want to see continued gain my amounts may need to be increased as the weeks progress.
Training split is laid out and after my past few weeks of DC know which exercises suit me and how i'll be looking to up the weigth and push myself so currently feeling good about the following 6-7 of the blast :-)
