Back in gym this morning and feeling good..

Today was chest/shoulders/tris/back width/back thinkness and went

Machine chest press 3sets 10-15reps 2r/p's

WM wide grip incline press 1set to failure 20-25reps

Seated DB shoulder press (no back support) 3sets 10-15reps 2r/p's

WM machine lat raise 1set to failure 20-25reps

Seated overhead tri ex with hammer bar 3sets 10-15reps 2r/p's

WM hammer dip machine 1set to failure 20-25reps

Hammer pulldowns 3sets 10-15reps 2r/p's

WM wide grip cable pulldowns 1set to failure 20-25reps

Deadlift 3sets

Ab machine 3sets 10-15reps 2r/p's

Felt good took around 90mins but feel as i could get his down to 75mins next time.

Diet is per James layout all apart from my Pre/During/PWO drink mix which i have added and is not James approved... i'll await his opinion :-)

Mix up
200g WMS
30g Hydro whey
20g BCAA
10g Glutamine
10g Creatine
6g BA
3g Taurine
Few pinches of sea salt

This is all in around 2L of water and split it evenly Pre/During/PWO.
