Bio

Previously been in good shape, but have let things slide since the end of '07. Not trained properly for 12 months or so, and had a terrible diet for even longer.
Currently 19st 4 lbs @ 6'3". ( best shape - 15st 2lbs )

Short Term Goals

To get some form of shape back that doesnt resemble a bag of spuds! Cardio fitness is also important to me so will be aiming to get this back too!
Joined the MT shape-up as a booster but will prob be trimming down until May !!

Long Term Goals

To get the shape and fitness and keep it!!

Diet going great, no cravings at all, so pleased. Just got back from doing cardio today, 20 mins bike 20 mins xtrainer, then 20mins treadmill incline walking. Finished off with some abs, 3 different exercises for 3 sets of 12. Will be having sunday...
