Diet going great, no cravings at all, so pleased.

Just got back from doing cardio today, 20 mins bike
20 mins xtrainer, then 20mins treadmill incline walking.

Finished off with some abs, 3 different exercises for 3 sets
of 12.

Will be having sunday as a rest day, more than likely get
weighed in the a.m. and stick to sunday mornings for the
weigh ins.
Will prob take progress pics end of each month.
