We'll try again !

Tried to do this workout yesterday but had a really bad headache and came home :/

No sign of the headache tonight though and had a good session

Lat Pulldown ( Close Grip )

Seated Row ( Wide Grip )

1x12 @ 40kgs **PB**!!
1x13 @ 40kgs

BB 21s
3x21 @ 15kgs ( assistance on last 3 reps on last sets )
1x16 @ 15kgs ( failed )

Hammer Curls
3x15 @ 5kgs
1x14 @ 6kgs **PB**!! ( assistance on last 4 )
