Couldn't make last night's session so did it tonight.

Really, really didn't feel like going but once I got there I raaaaah'd it up !

Leg Extension
1x12 @ 15kgs
1x10 @ 15kgs
1x12 @ 15kgs

Walking Lunges
4x20 @ 13kgs DB

Leg Press
2x15 @ 80kgs **PB**!!
1x15 @ 80kgs (close stance)
1x15 @ 80kgs (wide stance)
This needs to go up again next week

SLDL
1x15 @ 35kgs
1x12 @ 35kgs
1x13 @ 35kgs
1x11 @ 35kgs
Got more reps out than last session

Laying Leg Curl
1x15 @ 7.5kgs
1x13 @ 7.5kgs
2x15 @ 7.5kgs
I'm glad I bury my face in my towel on these, it muffles the screams :D

Seated Calf Raise
2x15 @ 30kgs
1x15 @ 32.5kgs **PB**!!

Standing Calf Raise ( Using SM )
2x15 @ 45kgs & Bar
1x15 @ 50kgs & Bar **PB**!!
Going to try and use the hacksquat machine next week for these, can't get the bar comfy

Roman Chair Lift
