Loving pushing the weight up and the new lower rep range !

Lat Pulldown ( Narrow Grip )
3x10 @ 55kgs **PB**
1x8 @ 57.5kgs **PB**

Assisted WGC
4x10 @ 12kgs
( This is an awkward one, the 12kgs is a little too easy but 8kgs is a no go, will have to just keep pushing through it on 8kgs even if I only get half the reps out )

Seated Row ( Wide Grip )
1x10 @ 45kgs **PB**
1x10 @ 45kgs ( struggled a little on the last 2 reps )
1x10 @ 45kgs
1x8 @ 47.5kgs **PB**

BB 21s
3x21 @ 15kgs
1x16 @ 15kgs ( failed )
Same reps and weight as last week but less assistance on the reps

DB Hammer Curls
2x10 @ 6kgs
1x 8 @ 7kgs **PB**
1x7 @ 7kgs

Had to go and visit Desmo's Neice as it's her birthday so didn't have time for cardio :(
