Usual warm up with foam roller mobility work Hang clean pulls very fast: 50x2 50x2
Strgth Trad Deadlift warm up (fast lifts to dial in the nervous system): 60x3 100x3 140x2 160x2
170x3, a struggle. 170x3, not getting any easier 180x1, wondering wtf is going on now, 170x2, terminate deadlifts
Seated GM's 2 sets of 12 reps at 50kg
Time for some time off I think!
