Registered Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning coach.

Personally speaking, a big fan of mixed training covering oly lifting, deads, presses, metabolic conditioning, kettlebells, concept rowers, sandbags, and other bits and bobs.

Short Term Goals

1) To not suck at or at least be a little better at everything.
2) Keep weight on whilst increasing anaerobic conditioning.
3) Become more adept at the rings.
4) Rehab shoulder and left leg.

Long Term Goals

1) Get more serious at oly lifting body permitting
2) Get and iron cross - you did say LONG term goals, right?

NYE's training was this 1) Snatch: working up to 70 for doubles 2) Tabata deadlifts @ 100kg. To anyone who says the DL is not a hamstring exercise I ask you to do this.^^^ Came home, twisted my ankle!
