I've been training for a long time, in various sports including Rugby, Thai Boxing and bits of MMA. Now I'm primarily a weightlifter and with lifts of:Squat: 220kg (140kg for 15)Bench: 135kgDeadlift: 250kgAll at bodyweights of 13st12 - 14st7
Cut bodyfat! I'm probably at 12%ish now and I'd like to get down to 8%, and maintain 8-10% forever after that.
Cut bodyfat to 8-10% and then gradually get stronger and improve my physique. I'm not interested in weighing more than 15st, which is approximately 1st heavier than now.
