Doing a 2 day split to assist my cardio goals so this morning was....
Squats, Bench and Rows all 5 * 5. I haven't lifted for a month due to me severly falling out with the whole game so weights were light....120kg squat for 5's and I'm gonna be crippled with DOMS tomorrow.
Next sesh will be Deads, Push press and maybe chins on Wednesday.
Going to get Gait analysis done later and then Cinema for the first time with my son
