Bio

90kg powerlifter. Lifted for GBPF and BDFPA. 2007 BWLA Unequipped Champ @90kg and 2008 WDFPF European Unequipped Champ @90kg. Next challenge; equipped lifting with GBPF. Placed 5th at my 1st equipped national champs (and 3rd equipped meet) this summer.

Short Term Goals

Next meet is GBPF Uni champs at the end of Nov. First aim is a qualifying total for the Brits next year (690kg), but the main aim is to crack the 700kg total mark and get a pb total. Need to get my equipped gym strength on the platform!

Long Term Goals

Win my class at GBPF British Senior Champs. Lift at IPF World Champs. Giving myself a five year to do this :)
