Been training on and off for years, bodyfat like a yo-yo, up and down between 10% and 20%. I seem to get somewhere and then throw it away by having a huge break, which started as a simple week off.
Build lean muscle, stay healthy.Perhaps I should put give up smoking in here too.
None because when I set them, the short term goals go out of the window and I get fed up because I concentrate on the long term and don't achieve them quickly.
