Well tonight was my first session back after a 3 week break. Wasnt really feeling up for it as had a bad shift in work but took my superpump as I was leaving work and by the time I got to the gym was well up for it.
Decided to go with Frankienys mass builder routine. 5 sets of 5 reps as heavy as will allow. Today was chest and got the new year off to a good start:
Flat bench press : 1 set @ 40kg (warm up), 1 set @ 50kg, 3 sets @ 55kg.
Dumbell shoulder press (weights are amount in each hand) : 1 set @ 20kg, 4 sets @ 22kg
Bodyweight Dips : 5 sets @ bodyweight 91.44kg.
Felt good after the workout and looking forward to uping the weights. Next session wednesday which will be back.
