First back session on the new year !

Last night I did my first back session of the year.

Im still sticking to the 5 x 5 routine and had a really enjoyable workout.

The exercises I done were T-bar rows, deadlifts and close hand chin ups. I also done a set of standard bicep curls.

So onto the exciting bit, the weights :

T bar rows - 1 set @ 40kg, 1 set @ 50kg, 1 set @ 55kg, 1 set @ 60kg, 1 set @ 70kg.

Deadlifts - 1 set @ 40kg. 5 sets @ 45kg. First time doing these but will up the weights next week till I find a weight that tests me.

Close arm chins - 5 sets using own bodyweight.

Bicep curls using cable machine - 5 sets @ 30kg.

All in all a very good session left feeling knackered but enjoyed it!
