Bio

I last competed in May 2006 figure class. After which I stopped training.
In Feb 2009 I decided it was time to get my life back in order and returned to the gym.
By July I started some serious training and got back working with Ian Duckett.

Short Term Goals

My overall aim for the year is step on stage at the age of 50 and be able to say ‘yes I’ve competed’ and not just made up the numbers.

Long Term Goals

I intend to look at the very least better than I did 2005/2006 with the express desire to qualify for the NPA or BNBF finals
