My back is still sore from the lee haney back workout...my traps and lats are aching! New to me as i havent had DOMS like this for a while.

I'm finding the diet for the prep ok so far, its not hard to stick to at all, just feel hungry with the long gaps between meals 1-2. Might move meal 2 back an hour so lunch is at 11am so i dont chew my arm off in the mean while.

Meal 1: 07:00
Meal 2: 12:00
Meal 3: 14:00
Meal 4: 17:00
Meal 5: 19:00
Meal 6: 22:00

Cardio in the mornings is a bit of a bugger to wake up for at 5:30am but still, if it stops me having to use the stepper in the gym then i'm happy.

I'm not surprised you want to chew your arm off with a 5 hour gap. Bloody hell, that's a long time for anyone, let alone all your muscle mass.

yeah i know...will speak to paul friday and see if i can throw something else in the gap.

moved the meal to 11am but still, 4 hours is still a hell of a wait
