used to employ a 5 day split mon-fri

mon - back (thickness)
tue - chest
wed - legs
thur - back/biceps
fri - shoulders/triceps

now using for the time being

mon - back/calves
tue - chest/biceps
wed - off
thur - legs/calves
fri - shoulders/triceps

Veins are awaking and emerging from their slumber under all the fading chub...how i've missed them so!

Fitness is improving now i'm cycling to and from the gym, managed to race and beat a van from the traffic lights for 200m before he over took lol... legs fried after that bout of madness but good to know i could try out for a racing team lmao
