Bio

I've been bodybuilding off and on since my teens but since April 2008 i have been training for competition rather than just a leisure activity.

I'm 27 years old and live in Portsmouth and train in the City Gym.

Short Term Goals

Get in condition shape for the NABBA novice finals in which i qualified by winning my 1st show (Solent City bodybuilding championship) including the overall.

Long Term Goals

Looking at coming in at 200-200lbs in ripped condition which is a tall task but with motivation and drive, anything is possible as long as you apply yourself.

I want to qualify for a national event by 2011
