Had 4 day break from the gym and work -- feel great getting back today. I spoke to a bloke who was 5th in a recent uk stongman comp and realised I have to change my metality from pwoerlifting and strength training to the correct reps angles an excercises for hypertrophy.
I put together a new workt today that hits every bodypart twice a week over a 4 day split. I am gaing a extra day off which should help and I have managed to almost cure my golfers elbow problem with some simple excercises to stretch the tendons and war them up before use.
I weighed in today just over 7 weeks into cycle (started august 31st) and I am 9lbs heavier. I am leaner and fitter also and carrying no extra bloat which is good. Diet is geting better by the day as I increase protein intake and understand more that simple sugars are not my fried and my body doesn't like them.
When I stick to slow carbs I feel full of energy, when I don't its not goo at all!
next upate next week, my workout wouldn't paste ni here so will maybe type up next week for critique.
