went agains my decision yesterday to take today off training , ended up having quite a good session ,
shoulders and hamstrings light db laterals 2x15 seated db sh press 20kgx15 30kgx15 42.5kgx12 47.5kgx12 x10 x8 bb push press 80kg x4 90kgx4 100kgx4 db laterals 17kg x 15 x12
seated leg curl 20 light reps x2 warm up progressed down to full stack for 8x5 with slow negatives s.l.d.l 100kg 4x10
will try to addd more on my nutrition when i get a chance but am happy at the min with it !!
