No gym today as im on a 3 day as stated however i'll put up my nutritional intake for the day so far.
08:30: 1 Scoop of Whey in water.
09:00: 5 Wheatabix in 350ml skim milk. 2 Slices of wholemeal toast, olive oil spread and peanut butter. Large Banana. 250ml Fresh Orange Juice. Serving weight gain shake (usual recipe). Multi vitamin and mineral tab.
12:00: Mexican Chilli Chicken with red/green peppers, onion.(Approx 200-250 grams chicken breast). 150gms Basmati rice. Glass 250ml skim milk. Apple. Pot of fresh low fat pro-biotic yoghurt. Handful of raw cashew and walnuts.
Feeling sore from yesterday. Deep DOM's right through my pecs and a noticeable DOM's in my biceps. Last meal was a slight struggle but as usual forced the last 3 or 4 mouthfuls down. Chew, water, swallow and repeat.
Will post the rest for today later on this evening when i get in from work.
