47 year old been training for best part of 20 years, regularly 4-5 times a week, Benching around 130-140kg looking to reduce body fat and get some definition - aiming to compete before I'n 50

Short Term Goals

Reduce body fat and get those abs through - get some definition and start to build some leg muscle

Long Term Goals

Live long and healthy

OK, Its time to start again, gotta get that body fat down to 10-12%! Currently 16st 2lbs, body fat 22%, trainnig 5 days a week with weights and 3 spinning classses of 45mins a week. Diet clean apart from one cheat day....what will speed it up

Good start to the fat reduction... good chest session, benched 130kg for three reps and did four other chest exercises to exhaustion. Followed by 40mins cardio. Diet good - one little cheat with some pasta after workout..
