weight up to 81.5kg starting to look noticeably bigger now, have had good comments form people in the gym Seated row machine - 123kg 4x8reps then 133kg for 1x8reps to finish lat pulldown - 80kg 1x8reps, 85kg 2x8reps, finish off with 80kg 1x8reps...
