Weight 75.5kg - weight fluctuating massively this week. am weighing myself at the same time of day and also have been eating the same food and water intake every day so this is a bit odd.

All exercies at 6 reps 4 sets unless stated.

Preacher Curl - set 1 40kgs. 2-4, 37.5kg
lying triceps extensions - 40kg then 45kg for a 5th set
hammer curl - 20kg
cable tricep overhead (cables) - 130lbs
weighted pull ups - 20kg for set 1, 15kg for 2&3 and 0kg for set 4
weighted dips - 12kg

feeling very trashed today as i write this. day off today. then shoulders on saturday morning.

glad i have a day off today
