started to pick up a little cold on friday and by saturday was feeling a bit under the weather but went and did a shoudlers sesh anyway.

olympic bar military press - 52kg 4x8
arnie press - 17kgs, 8reps, 9reps,10reps, 9reps
machine shoulder press - 86kgs 3x10 reps

left it at that as feeling rough.



Arms sesh 12nd back sesh - monday 15th
