still feeling a bit under, but after taking sunday off i decided to go and do a back sesh anyway.

weight has rocketed up to 79kgs :-)
looking a lot bigger. fat up a little but not too bad.

looking to keep the weight the same but push out more reps so that during PCT i can drop reps and up weight a little to cement the gains

seated row - 4x8 123kg
lat pull - 81kg 4x8
shurgs - 125kg 2x8, 102kg 2x10
single arm row. usually do this on 37.5's. had to drop to 27.5's feeling terrible.

tuesday was due to be a chest day but i skipped it as still feeling ill and need to get better. also chest is one of my strongest body parts already.

Legs sesh tonight. Will report back tomorrow
