weight stabilised at 79kg
managed to push out extra sets reps last night..
squats - 65kg 5x10
calf raise 70kg 6x10
deadlift 90kg 4x10
back pumps really killed me after that so had to call it a day. could have done some more otherwise.
back is royally hurting today though!
arms tonight
