had a terrible nights sleep prior to this session.
weight 79.5kgs. seems to have stabilised at this. going to try and pack in a few extra calories to get over 80kgs.
preacher curl 37.5kg 5x 8reps lying tricep extension - 40kg 5 x 10 reps hammer curl - experienced shoulder pain from old injury so stopped weighted pull ups - 35 lbs 5x6 weighted dips 35 lbs 5x8reps
not a very good session. too tired. energy levels low.
rest day tomorrow.
