Lunchtime short swim: 20l, imagine throwing a badger in the bath for stroke style.

Warm-up bike, L12, random, 10 minutes (calves were tight, wanted to loosen them before leg work).

Barbell Squat: 100kg x 12; 120kg x 7, x 5.
Calf Raise: 60kg x 12; 80kg x 8, x 10. (!)
Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 70kg x 10; 90kg x 10; 105kg x 8 (grip half-and-half).
Overhead Squat: 45kg x 10, x 10; 50kg x 8. (!)
Abs: Russian Twist / Wipers / Crunch, 10/10/12, x 3.
Bodyweight 1-Legged Squat, x20.
