* Row (Hammer machine): 20kg x 12 warmup; 40kg x 12l 60 kg x 8. Weird machine.
* Curl (Hammer machine): 25kg x 12; 30kg x 8, x 6.
Solid advance all round. Don't like the curl machine as bracing the chest is odd; not sure about the row machine.
