Chest / Shoulders / Triceps still with a bad knee

* Warmup: Rower 1750m at #6, 7:56 and that set the knee off for the session.

* Bench press 50kg x 10; 55kg x 7, x 4. Progress.
* Dips 40kg assist x 8; 35kg assist x 7, x 5. Solid.
* Shoulder press (hammer machine) 22.5 x 12; 25 x 8, x 6. Progress.
* Skullcrushers 20kg x 10; 22.5kg x 8, x 11; 25kg x 7. Great set.
* Shrugs 42,5kg dumbbells x 6; 35kg x 7; 30 kg x 8. Started too heavy there ;)

Sorted skull form at last: use the decline bench with its foot support. Surprising amount of core recruitment in 'em too - intercostals and serratus and the like are peeping.
