Last session of a week of sixes. Back to more conventional weight and rep-sets next week; the sixes (kinda like lighter 5x5) blew some good dust out of my grilles.

Warm-up 2000m #8 rower, 8:55.

Barbell Squat: 80kg x 6; 100kg x 6; 110kg x 6; 120kg x4.
Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 70kg x 6; 90kg x 6; 100kg x 6. Overhand grip held (just) - yay!
One-Legged Dumbbell Squat: 17.5kg x 6, x 6, x 6.
Snatch & Overhead Squat: 40kg x 6; 45kg x 6, x 4; clean 47.5 x 2; 50kg + 6 squat. Need to work on depth of that squat.
Calf Raise (Hammer): 50kg x 10; 70kg x 6; 80kg x 6, x 5.

Russian Twist w/Medicine Ball, lying; Windscreen Wipers; Crunches superset of tens. Next time do the twist raised, it doesn't work so good supine.

Cooldown 5 minutes bike, L10. Overall TE 2.7.
