Warmup: 2000m #8 rower, 8:50.

Deadlift: 90kg x 6; 110kg x 6; 130kg x 6; 150kg x 4. Season best. I like the new chalk.
Power Clean: 60kg x 6, 65 kg x 6; 70kg x 6; 72.5kg x 5.
Chin: 30k assist x 7, x 7, x 6. So hard my *arms* were sweating.
Good Morning: 50kg x 10; 60kg x 10; 80kg x 8. That's more like it - use the power cage.
Dumbbell Curl: 12.5kg x 8, x 6, x 5.

Finisher: Armbike level 4, 6 min.
