Im 25 years old and been training for around 6 years on and off. 2 of which have been constant solid (since ive finished university).
Short term goal is to get down to sub 10% bodyfat and see what muscles need developing more to get a more balanced physique.
Long term goal is to stay fit and healthy. To maintain a healthy lifestyle without jepodising my scocial life as i find allot of people around me tend to do.
