Chest and triceps day BP 4 * 8 after w/u Chest press 3 * 10 Pec m/c 3*10 DB BP 5 * 10 (14kg w/u then 18kg, 20kg,20kg,18kg)
Cable pushdown 3 * 10 followed by 2 supersets of 10 pull down and 10 cable o/h extension Skull crushers 3 * 10 (not very good with them, wobbled a lot)
10 minutes bike at 95 RPM to finish off with.
Good session in a nice quiet gym
My normal routine is mostly upper body but I am now moving into a chest/triceps, back/biceps and legs/shoulder approach.
I really need to start going heavier but I find it hard to really push myself.
Handed notice in at VA in Leeds (Kirkstall Rd) as I think it is starting to get pretty shabby with a lot of non-functioning equipment and ripped seats etc.
