Legs and shoulders tonight. Good workout on the legs with extension, curl, rotary calf and some squats using the V-Squat machine.
Shoulders was better though. 3*10 on 25kg/side (Hammer Strength machine) then 3*10 with 28kg barbell Military Press finishing off with 3*10*50Kg, 3*10*60kg, 3*10*70kg on the shoulder press again. Pretty much at failure point then.
Th above figures for shoulder press seem a bit bizarre as I can only do about 35Kg on the MP but lifting 70 in total on the shoulder press.
To put it all in perspective my 1RM on BP is 60kg.
1K rowing machine before I get bored.
