Hi im Nav im 30, live in coventry i have been training solidly for 3 years now and managed to transform my physique and compete recently in the Novice class in the NPA.,this was my short term goal which was asisted by Micky Mckay

Short Term Goals

Looking to compete in my second show in the under 70kg in August 2012, i would like to add 2kg of muscle by may 2012 and improve my overall physique

Long Term Goals

Look to build quality muscle, continue learning more about my body... as well as conditioning myself to be on stage in the Npa british finals stage at some point in the next 3 years...

till show time Saw Micky yesterday. quick work out and then went through mandatory poses, Micky seems very pleased with my progress, looking very lean, quite depleted due to lack of carbs but still quite vascular on the arms, 1st day of depletion...

to show time, Travelled to Corby today too see Micky, Got a light session in chest, shoulders , triceps, Inline smith band flyes side laterals seated dumbell presses tricep push downs nothing to hard, 50% of max rep 3 sets 12 reps on all, little rest...

3 weeks out from my first show, Time seems to be flying.. been dieting for 133 days now, amazing really, had a good chest and biceps session yesterday Incline flyes 12reps superset incline smith machine 12 reps ( super slow reps) x 4 sets cable...
