Ive been away on a training course this week... so training hasnt been great... although the hotel did have a gym which i used but the training sessions were nothing to write home about!

Back at home and trained in my gym did back

4 sets of wide grip pull downs 12-10-8-8

4 sets of d- bar pull downs 12-10-8-8

3 sets one arm rows 10reps

4 sets of one arm cable pull downs 10reps

a good session felt good... need to get back on it next week and try and get back training with Micky... a little hard at the moment as im trying to start my own business off as a financial adviser hence the course this week... fingers crossed i get to both things successfully!
