Started with Deadlifts... thought id do a little more volume today and try to keep the weight moderate
Deadlifts- 50kgx15reps 70kgx15reps 90kgx10reps 110kgx8reps 120kgx5reps 130kgx5reps
the 130kg for 5reps actually felt quite good may try 140kg next time
Long cable rows close grip 15reps x 4 sets
Long cable rows wide bar 15reps x 4sets
bent over barbell rows 4 sets 10 reps 70kg
back pumped for a change did 40 mins cardio first thing in the morning
Things are going well.. want to keep this up for the next year or so... hopefully will be ready to compete in 2011.
